On Sunday, October 4, 2026, we're gathering at Lake Merritt for a morning of movement, music, and community. The Incredible Church 5K/3K isn't about who's fastest, it's about who shows up. Every age, every pace, every body welcome.

ABOUT THE RACE

This is more than a race, it's a purposeful gathering that uses wellness to create equitable opportunities for health and community well-being across Oakland and the Bay Area.

Choose the 5K or the 3K. Bring the stroller, bring grandma, bring the friend who swears they "don't do races." After the course, stay awhile: local vendors, a raffle, and a community rally by the water. The finish line is where the party starts.

Every dollar raised funds wellness events, programs, and ministry serving both our church family and the greater Oakland community because healthy living shouldn't depend on your zip code.

• Check-in opens: 7:00 AM

• Race start: 8:00 AM

• Post-race rally, raffle & vendors: 9:30 AM

• Distances: 5K or 3K - your choice

• Entry: $40 · $45 race-day walk-up

• Includes: Race T-shirt, bib, and full access to the post-race celebration

Getting there: Parking near Lake Merritt is limited on Sunday mornings — carpool, arrive early, or take BART/AC Transit.
